Return & Exchange Policy

This Return & Exchange Policy (“Policy”) applies to all purchases made on Tiqi (“we,” “our,” “us”) via our website, www.tiqi.shop (“Site”). By purchasing from our Site, you agree to the terms outlined below.

 


 

1. Eligibility for Returns

1.1. Customers may initiate a return request within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of delivery.
1.2. Returned items must be:

  • Unworn, unused, and unwashed.

  • In their original condition, with all tags, labels, and packaging intact.

  • Free from damage, stains, alterations, or odors.
    1.3. Items failing to meet these conditions may be refused and returned to the customer at their expense.

 


 

2. Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items

2.1. The following categories are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange unless defective or damaged upon arrival:

  • Food and consumables (e.g., teas, spices, snacks).

  • Personal care, beauty, or wellness products.

  • Customized, personalized, or made-to-order products.

  • Clearance or sale items explicitly marked as non-returnable.

 


 

3. Exchanges

3.1. Exchanges are permitted within 14 (fourteen) calendar days of delivery, subject to product availability.
3.2. If the requested exchange item is unavailable, the customer may opt for a refund or store credit.
3.3. Customers are permitted one free exchange per order; subsequent exchanges may incur shipping costs.

 


 

4. Return & Exchange Process

4.1. To initiate a return or exchange, the customer must contact hello@tiqi.shop with the order number and reason for return.
4.2. Upon approval, we will provide detailed instructions for shipping the item back to our designated return facility.
4.3. Items must be shipped within 7 (seven) days of receiving approval.
4.4. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, incorrect, or damaged on delivery.

 


 

5. Refunds

5.1. Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 7–10 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.
5.2. Shipping charges, customs duties, and handling fees are non-refundable.
5.3. In cases where return shipping is cost-prohibitive, Tiqi reserves the right to issue store credit of equal value instead of a monetary refund.

 


 

6. Damaged or Defective Products

6.1. Customers must notify us of defective, damaged, or incorrect items within 72 hours of delivery, including photographic evidence.
6.2. Upon verification, we will provide a replacement, exchange, or full refund, including shipping costs.

 


 

7. Try & Pay (Cash on Delivery Orders)

7.1. For customers selecting Cash on Delivery (COD), Tiqi offers a “Try & Pay” option.
7.2. Under this option, customers may inspect and try the product at the time of delivery.
7.3. Payment is due only if the product is found to be in good condition and satisfactory to the customer.
7.4. If the customer does not accept the product at delivery, the order will be returned without payment, and no charges will apply.

 


 

8. Amendments

8.1. Tiqi reserves the right to amend or update this Policy at any time without prior notice. Updates will be posted on this page with the “Last Updated” date.
8.2. Continued use of the Site following such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
